At Tavusker, we believe the best foods are the ones that haven't changed in a hundred years. Long before "natural" became a label on a shelf, it was simply how things were made — slowly, by hand, with nothing added and nothing rushed. That's the tradition we carry forward in every jar.
Our Story
Tavusker was born from a simple idea: that real, traditional foods deserve a place on modern tables. We source time-honored goods — pure mulberry molasses, raw bee pollen, naturally fermented bee bread — from the regions and beekeepers who have been producing them for generations.
These aren't mass-produced commodities. Mulberry molasses (pekmez) is slow-cooked from white mulberries with no added sugar, the way it's been prepared in village kitchens for centuries. Our bee pollen and bee bread come straight from the hive, hand-collected and minimally handled so their natural goodness stays intact.
